Come off the M1 motorway at Junction 21 and head towards Leicester using the roundabout (M1 North bound turn right, M1 South bound turn left). Head towards the next roundabout and turn right, just past the Fosse Park turning (Fourth Exit). Straight down to the next junction (main traffic lights) and turn left. Follow the duel carriageway up the hill and turn right at the main traffic lights. Take the first right, this is Gilmorton Avenue. Follow the road straight down the hill to the bottom and around the corner. Follow towards the end and number 70 is on the left hand side.
