
Stationery in Outlook is also referred to as an "Email Template".
1. Open Microsoft Outlook Express.
2. On the top menu open the “Tools” dropdown menu and click on “Options…” .
3. A new window will popup. Click on the “Compose” tab.
4. Under the “Stationery” section, tick the box next to “Mail”.
5. Now press the “Select” button directly to the right of the box you have just ticked.
6. A new window will popup. Here you can select the email template your require.
Note: As default you should be in the folder “Stationery” in the new window, if not select this folder by going to:
C:/Program Files/Common Files/ Microsoft Shared/Stationery/
1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2003.
2. On the top menu open the “Tools” dropdown menu and click on “Options…” .
3. A new window will popup. Click on the “Mail Format ” tab.
4. Under “Stationery and Fonts” section, select the template required using the drop down list".
5. Select the "Apply" and then "Ok" buttons at the bottom of the panel.
Note: Your Stationery is stored in a different folder than Outlook Express. The root to the folder is:
C:/Documents and Settings/User/Application Data/Microsoft/Stationery/
